Baby Room Leader and Early Years Senco

Hi I am Tessa and I am the baby room leader and early years Senco at Monkey puzzle Southgate and have been in childcare for 15 years. I am passionate about making a difference in the lives of young children and committed to affirming and celebrating neurodiversity within the early years. I ensure that every baby in my care feels safe, well nurtured and supported in a stimulating environment where they can learn, grow and thrive. Outside of work I love spending time with my family and enjoy walks with my family dogs.
