EYFS School Readiness Officer and Early Years Senco

Hi I’m Louise and I am a practitioner in Preschool room as well as Eyfs School readiness officer and Early Years Senco and have over 9 years of experience. I am passionate and dedicated to giving every child the best starts in life. I love creating learning opportunities and experiences that develop children’s knowledge and skills in fun and meaningful ways and ensuring children have the skills and independence ready for school. I work closely with children with SEND providing support to both children and their families. Its important to me to affirm and celebrate neurodiversity in education, so every child feels valued and understood. Outside of work I am Mum to little boy and love to go on days out with him and my family as well as explore different places.
