Nursery Manager

My name is Irena and I am the Manager here at Monkey Puzzle Southgate. I have a son of my own and have been in the childcare sector for over 18 years gaining a wealth of experience across various roles including Apprentice, Practitioner, Manager and Outreach Practitioner. Nothing makes me happier than seeing children thrive, learn and grow as well as staff grow in confidence and take the next steps in their careers. I work closely with families to ensure children are safe at all times and develop into confident, resilient learners ready to embark on their future life long journey of their educational journey. In my spare time I spend quality time with my son and also work closely with many charities close to my heart to raise awareness and vital funds by organising a variety of fundraising events.
