Preschool Room Leader and EAL Coordinator

Hi I am Claire and I am room leader of preschool and EAL Coordinator here at Monkey Puzzle Southgate. I have been in childcare for 23 years and I love my job and have the privilege of creating a nurturing, inspiring environment where every child in my care feels valued and supported. My passion is to help children grow in confidence, develop new skills and discover their own unique potential. As part of my EAL role I support children in developing confidence in both their home language and English. I make sure we celebrate multilingualism throughout the nursery and help every child feel proud of their heritage.

Outside of work I love spending time with my family especially my niece and nephew and enjoy times with my friends. I love to travel and experience new countries when I can and enjoy all different types of music and films.
