Hi, I am Charlotte and I am the Deputy Manager here at Monkey Puzzle Southgate. I have two daughters of my own and have been working in childcare for over 9 years. Previously, I was a nursery manager at a smaller setting in the local area. I got into childcare because I have always had a passion for working with children. Helping them reach their individual mile stones and working closely with families is why I love working in Early Years.
